The ones that know me know that I LOVE to cook. If I hadn't of chosen Marketing for a career I would have loved to be a chef. Amongst the 100 other things I love (LOL), the list is just never ending. It is like when you are a child and you would say those famous words "when I grow up". Yes this is what I did everyday as a child. Anyway back to the topic of food. Here are a few of my favourite dishes - that I made myself of course.
